This feature light fitting is the result of the collaboration between ‘Patalab and product designer Philippe Malouin. It has been developed as a one off piece for The Gables, a ‘Patalab designed private residence in Primrose Hill, London.
The chandelier is made from a series of staggered solid brass ribbons which have been lacquered to preserve the warm matt surface of the metal. Located in living room, the fitting responds the geometric arrangment of seating area below. A single light source in the centre of the chandelier projects soft shadows onto the ceiling.
