Lake House Augustabad, situated on the shores of Lake Tollensesee in Neubrandenburg, Germany, has recently obtained planning permission. This project aims to combine contemporary architectural design with the natural beauty of its surroundings, offering a unique living experience.
Lake House Augustabad is nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Neubrandenburg, a town in the Northeast of Germany. The residence enjoys a prime location on the outskirts of the town. Being situated at the fringe of a vast forested area that envelops Lake Tollensesee, the house offers breathtaking views of the lake to the north and a lush forest to the south.
Designed by Patalab Architects in collaboration with Milatz Schmidt Architects, the three-story building showcases a harmonious blend of modern design and timeless elegance. The layout has been thoughtfully arranged to maximize panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and flood the interiors with natural light.
With planning permission secured, Lake House Augustabad is now in the tender phase, and construction is set to commence later this year.
